Required 2-Step Registration Process: 1. Complete registration form and submit with payment to team manager or mail in to address listed on form. Junior Registration Form Adult Registration Form 2. All players must be registered for Field Hockey Federation (FHF) annual membership. Online FHF Registration Both steps must be completed for full registration for players to be allowed on field. |
